 ICT policy for  education In this online blog I would like to illustrate the differences between the Namibian ICT policy for education and that of Rwanda. by identifying the key target areas of both policies, such as vision, goals and purpose of the policy, implementation of the policies in their respective countries, and their roll out to different sectors within the education spectrum of these countries. and finally the possible gaps that may occur in these policies.
